Then Burger

The West side's new hidden gem! Serving up mouthwatering eats and sophisticated cocktails at this trendy, yet low key spot. Everything we had was really good, but the exceptional, must-trys are the Quesabirria Burger, Fried Mozzarella, and the Dreamy Draw cocktail. Service was great when we were there for happy hour. Patio seating was a bonus! We can't wait to go back and try more! Highly recommend!

Then Burger will only be a now and then place for us. The staff were very nice and fun and I really like the decor and vibe, classy/fun. The food is always my main reason for a restaurant though and about half the dishes just didn't work for me. I feel like roasted bone marrow is just an overpriced gimmick at any restaurant but we tried it anyway. The flavor of the marrow with the mushrooms was good, but serving it with toasted bread doesn't work, all the greasiness just dribbles through instead of soaking in. The burgers were enjoyable. The patties themselves have a really good texture and are perfect size although a bit salty and the toppings were generous. The fries were good, nothing special, and the dipping sauces were forgettable. I was very excited to see bengiets on the dessert menu. Without a thorough description I made a guess that these would be comparable to cafe du monde in New Orleans and dressed up with a fine mince apple in caramel for topping or dipping. Instead the pastry was not light and fluffy but filled with bland apple chunks and a caramel sauce on the side. I was very disappointed, my own fault for not checking how they were served first. The bread pudding was delicious however, not too sweet and a perfect consistency. Last were the drinks, beer is beer and each one depends on the brewery, so other than appreciation for the variety available my only other comment is that the 2 we tried were on the small pour side. The chamomile gin fizz was terrific, not only pretty but well balanced although also a bit small. Although not 100% impressed and definitelylighter in the wallet, we will eventually make another trip to try out some of the other menu items. Then Burger does do a good burger.

This was a great find. Everything we had was delicious! I don't drink, so I had an amazing Berry Mojito Mocktail. We ordered the Bone Marrow Mushroom Burger, a Burger Flight, the boys had beer flights. Overall, it was a great meal, and our waitress was AMAZING, and the atmosphere was fun. We will be back soon! So many more things to try.

My hubbs suggested this place for lunch one day. Great atmosphere. It was daytime so it was pretty quiet and cozy. The service was great, we didn’t have to once ask for anything or seek out any staff. Very attentive, helpful, knowledgeable about the menu and pairings and friendly. The food was great. Fresh tasting and just enough for portion sizing. The cocktails were great as well. Nice setting areas for chilling out inside and out.

My friend and I went to Then Burger today and absolutely loved it. It was hard to believe they opened just 2 weeks ago. The atmosphere was eclectic, warm and cozy. The food was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I loved the different flavor pairings on the different burgers and the creative cocktails. This is a 'must try.'

Great new spot in town. This restaurant put a lot of money in the atmosphere and quality of Team members. This is a specialty Hamburger spot. Smaller menu and Big Burgers. Some Appetizers as well. Extremely clean bar and well spaced TVs. Lots of seating , both inside and outside. Plenty of parking and well lit. Menu is higher priced. However once you get your food its well worth it. Huge meals with lots of fixings. Taste is amazing. Well filling and desert if ordered is outstanding. Kid friendly and very clean. This is a highly recommended place to treat your family too. Sorry for the glare from the lights on picture. However you can see they really did a great job on appearance.

I really enjoyed this new burger place! It's beautifully and artfully decorated and looks very upscale and dare I say it, boujee. But that's a great thing! I don't want to just go to a Red Robin or the like so I was very excited. They have a lot of different choices of burgers, and definitely chef inspired types of meals with ingrsdient names you might not know (I'll admit I didn't). My husband and I tried the mozzarella sticks, which do come with a raspberry type of jam. I was nervous about this because hello, where's the marinara?! But, it worked so well and it was so good and I would definitely order again. I got the quesabirria burger and my husband got the maple bourbon BBQ bleu burger, both of which were fantastic. He got plain fries and I got poutine fries, also very good. My husband also got a drink called The Valentine and he said it was tasty. Yes, the prices are a little on the high side, but this is not Red Robin or McDonald's, and it's gourmet, fresh, unique ingredients so it's to be expected. I'm more than willing to pay a high price for good food and this was definitely that. Well worth it. The service was a little slow (but Jonathan, our waiter, was wonderful) but it was busy, so the service being slow didn't bother me at all. The only remark I have for Then Burger and this is solely just a suggestion, is it would be super cool to have like a "monthly special" burger, like a unique and different burger that is only featured for a limited time. I think that would be awesome and would bring me in again and again to try each and every new one!
